đł When will my order ship?

Shipping options Standard Shipping (K-Packet): Delivery time - 14~21 days. K-Packets are delivered without signature confirmation. In the event the recipient is absent, the package will be dropped in the recipientâs mailbox. The postal service does not claim any responsibility for missing packages after delivery.
- Express Shipping (EMS):Â Delivery time - Approx. 7 days. Door-to-door courier service is available for EMS delivery.
âď¸ For US address, we are unable to ship to the following addresses: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.
âď¸ Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
âď¸ Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer.Â
âď¸ We do not ship orders on weekends or Korea holidays. Occasional delays in processing time may occur due to high volume, especially around the holidays.
You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your order has been processed and shipped. If your package does not arrive within 30 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service center.

Please keep in mind that all delivery rates provided by Tonton Forest and the EMS/K-Packet are estimates only.
Tonton Forest is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.

đłÂ How much will shipping cost?
You can determine your shipping cost by adding all of the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and then using the shipping calculator provided at the bottom of the cart page!
Shipping fees are determined by the total weight of your order and your location, and these rates are calculated by the EMS/K-Packet, not by us. Please note that orders shipping outside the Korea may be subject to customs fees; these are separate fees determined by the country the package is being sent to, and are not a part of the shipping cost.

đłÂ Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet and you would like to change your shipping address, go here and contact us. Please note that once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

đłÂ Where is my package?
You can check up on the journey of your package by selecting the tracking/customs link located in your automated shipping notification email. Once shipped, most packages will arrive within the estimated time, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions. International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, which we unfortunately cannot control. All delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed!
If your order is shipping via EMS International, please allow a maximum of 8 weeks from the shipment date for your package to arrive! This method is not fully trackable, and due to the unpredictability of international customs, exact delivery estimates cannot be provided.

đłÂ International import taxes & customs fees
If your package is shipping outside of the Korea, it may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Tonton Forest cannot control and is not responsible for any customs fees that your government may charge you for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that on occasion, customs may delay delivery of some packages. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

đłÂ Qualifying items from your order can be returned within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase.
⢠At this time, Tonton Forest does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, the item can be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed for a different size or color.⢠Items marked 'Sold out' on the product page are not eligible for returns.
⢠Please contact our Customer Service Team before any action is made. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.
⢠The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. (We will refund 'return shipping costs' once we receive the item)
⢠If you received a damaged or defective item, please provide a photo of the item(s) when sending the returns e-mail.
⢠If you received an incorrect item, please provide a photo of the item(s) incorrectly received when sending the returns e-mail. We recommend referring to your packing slip or confirmation email to confirm that the item received does not match what was ordered.
đłÂ Return Instructions
(1) Send a return request on our store manager (studio@gonaru.com) within seven days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
âď¸Â Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
âď¸Â Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
âď¸Â Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
âď¸Â Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMSâ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and mail it with the item to return. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
đŤ We do not accept return(s) if:
- you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- the products are damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
â ď¸ If there is a missing item from your order:
* Contact our customer service center by phone or by e-mail (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
* Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different method than was originally used at checkout.Refunds for returns will be issued once the returning product(s) have been received in our returns mailbox and processed through the returns e-mail. You should receive an automated email notification when your return has been successfully processed, but please not that your bank or credit card holder may require 1 to 7 days to process the refund and for it to correctly appear on any statements.

More seriously, the package arrived with zero problems with the cutest chubby packaging tape that I almost didn't want to cut through (you guys should sell that too *wink). The plushie is of great quality and I've been bringing it to work even lol.
Although Yuta loves to be by Bellaâs side, he is just as cute on his own. Super cuddly and very very cute <3
i got mine just yesterday.. i order on december but there is too much delayed thankfully the staff in korea is very reaponsive in messengef ... and it's worth the wait because my boyfriend is sooooooo happppppyyyy right now thank you so much.. i hope the delay will not happen next time i order.. thank you so much..
