Tonton Forest

The materials used especially for the stickers are very good in quality, and there are enough sheets included in the memo pad that you won't run out very quickly. So glad to finally have Tonton Friends products that I can use while I'm at work!

I absolutely love my Winnie! She was well worth the wait (which actually wasn’t that long) she came in her own little box with Tonton packing tape holding her securely inside. The stickers and birth certificate were definitely a nice touch. Thank you for Winnie!!

Very fast delivery service the package was okay, except I ordered tobi face badge but they didn’t Include that on the tobi deco pack shipment instead they sent the badge separately so I waited for another several days. But Overall I would say, good products very cute

I got it today. Everything inside is cute and very nice packaging as well. Totally worth it!

More seriously, the package arrived with zero problems with the cutest chubby packaging tape that I almost didn't want to cut through (you guys should sell that too *wink). The plushie is of great quality and I've been bringing it to work even lol.

Peluches muy hermosos, desde la caja hasta el acabado de cada uno de ellos. Da pena romper la caja que tiene impreso el rostro de cada uno de los personajes. A mi novia le encantaron. Lo recomiendo, el servicio de compra fue muy bueno, una experiencia exelente.

Customer care was very friendly, responsive, and helpful with my inquiries. I ordered the plush set a few days they went on a holiday break for Chinese New Year, but as soon as they got back they processed my order and shipped it right away! The plush toys look SO CUTE and ADORABLE, I even love the packaging tape that they used on the box! Wouldn't hesitate to other again, I'm obsessed with Tonton Friends!

They came within a week of ordering (shipped to the Philippines) and customer support was very responsive and friendly.

Pros: Bella and Yuta looks so cute! They look so original just like the sticker. The details are delicate and the plushies are high quality, definitely worth the price and it carries the brand really well. I also like the detail of the packaging with tonton tape and characters printed over the box, it represents the Tonton Friends brand. Good effort and thumbs up for Tonton forest!

Cons: I love them very much but I would prefer if they feel softer. Read some comments below and they mentioned the plushies are soft but they feel quite hard for me, not really suitable for hugging. Also I think it's good if both Yuta and Bella can have their own scarf, so far I only receive one scarf

Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but gave it this January. But it's fine. The scarf was a nice compensation so thanks for that!
